Attorney

             Katsiaryna is a lawyer with international background. She was born and raised in Belarus, where she attended the School of Law at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno. In 2011, she has received her first degree in Law, graduating with honors among the best students in her class. After that, Katsiaryna worked for almost 6 years as an in-house counsel for a large construction company in Russia, and then for an international transportation company in Belarus. During this work, she gained extensive experience in drafting contracts (including construction and supply contracts, leases, employment contracts and international transportation services contracts), as well as in resolving domestic and international legal disputes.
           In 2020, Katsiaryna graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (White Plains, NYS). After graduation, she successfully passed the New York bar exam and was admitted to practice law as an attorney in New York State in 2021.
           Concerned with the problem of access to justice for low-income people and people with moderate means in the US, Katsiaryna opened in 2021 KS Law Firm PLLC. She stands ready to protect rights and help people who cannot pay the average market rates offered by private law firms to handle their legal issues, ensuring the promotion of social justice.
            Katsiaryna speaks English, Belarusian and Russian.
